Indoor tennis facility project completed in UK
Tennis@Churchill is a four court tennis facility recently opened at Churchill Community College in Wallsend, Newcastle Upon Tyne, United Kingdom. The 125' wide x 212' long 38.0m x 64.6m indoor tennis facility allows players to participate in sport year round, even in the most adverse weather conditions.

"We are all very pleased and excited about our new indoor tennis centre, Tennis @Churchill," says Lucy Roderick, Assistant Headteacher at Churchill Community College. “The Norseman structure is naturally bright, airy and accessible to all and really helps us in creating a 'wow' factor inside. With the investment support of the LTA and Sport England, we have been able to provide the opportunity for players of all skill levels and ages to improve their game in all weather conditions, all year round. Our local community facilities have been enhanced immeasurably - helping to continue to change lives through sport". Lucy goes on to say, "it is a fantastic facility that will make a great contribution to the development of tennis particularly in North Tyneside, but also further afield in Northumberland and Tyne and Wear."

This custom turn-key project includes metal wall cladding up to 10' 3.0m high, personnel doors, roller shutter maintenance access door, lighting, backdrop nets and divider nets.
